Liquor is the main ingredient, so if you look at the recipes, all of them contain liqueur.

The chef in charge of this demonstration is Chef Seungjun Lee, who appeared in [The Dessert].
One of the products demonstrated at this seminar was a cake.
[Leger] cream with [orange blossom] flavoring and fraiche with seasonal strawberries
(chocolate on the outside, strawberry on the inside)
