I was inspired by the history of [fried rice] that was circulating on the internet, so I made [old days bokkeumbap].
Fry thickly minced pork over high heat.
Add carrots, green onions, garlic, and ginger to bring out the flavor.
Pour in soy sauce.
Add rice and season with salt, pepper, and MSG.
Fry until the rice grains are coated in oil.
Put fried eggs on top.
Eat with egg soup made with chicken broth.
I think I like the style of frying eggs and rice together better.
