A dilemma I have when I want to eat Chinese food.
The food is delicious, but I don't like the Jajangmyeon.
So I order Chinese food to be delivered and make the Jajangmyeon myself.
It's easy to make if you have soybean paste and Chinese noodles.
Put a lot of oil in the wok and stir-fry [chunjang].

Set aside the stir-fried [chunjang]. Stir-fry the minced garlic, [green onion], and pork.

Remove the smell with [cooking alcohol]
Add onion, cabbage, and mushrooms and stir-fry

Add the stir-fried [chunjang], soy sauce, and sugar and stir-fry over high heat.

Boil the [Chinese noodles], wash them in cold water, make them chewy, and place them in a bowl.

Top with the prepared jjajang sauce and cucumber.

[Gochu Japchae], which is good to eat with beer, was ordered for delivery.

If you make Jjajangmyeon at home, the noodles are tasty and there are lots of toppings, which is nice.
