2. Order of stir-frying ingredients
- First, stir-fry the meat marinated in garlic and pepper.
I use a stainless steel pan, and after stir-frying the meat, [nurungji] forms at the bottom.
Use this to stir-fry the onions.
And then stir-fry the [carrots].
Finally, add the shiitake mushrooms, and the frying pan will be clean.
Mushrooms should be prepared in larger quantities than you think. This is because they shrink a lot when heated.
