While working out at home, I was watching a TV program on Netflix, and
I saw a screen showing them grilling freshwater eel, so I ordered it right away.
I ordered it after lunch time on Thursday and received it on Friday.

Wash off the mucus with water mixed with vinegar, dry with a kitchen towel, and then lightly sprinkle with salt and bake in a cast [iron pan].

After baking it thoroughly, I moved it to a frying pan with low heat and finished it off by applying seasoning.
