There are certain foods I crave when kimchi arrives.
I crave curry and light beef shabu-shabu.
Today, I'm preparing shabu-shabu.
I'll keep the vegetables to a minimum.
Bok choy, vitamins, enoki mushrooms, napa cabbage , shiitake mushrooms, and green onions.
Shabu-shabu ingredients: Prepare beef, dumplings, and shrimp balls.
I have to finish with kalguksu.
I prepared anchovy dipori base broth.
Yuzu ponzu soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, and sesame sauce
Kimchi and rice
Add vegetables that produce broth well to the broth.
When the broth starts to boil, add the beef and mushrooms.
It's really delicious when you add dumplings and shrimp balls.
The last one is kalguksu
Kimchi and kalguksu go well together.
I ate well today too.
