This dish is a substitute for a mushroom dish.
(I hate mushrooms, so I asked for a replacement.)
This dish was surprisingly delicious.
Jeonbok Taco
I think it was a dish that went well with the [Mosu] restaurant.
[Zucchini] noodles.
I hate [zucchini], but this dish was delicious.
It felt like it had all the goodness of [zucchini].
Uni + tofu
Sourdough.
This dish felt true to the basics.
[Neopchi]
I thought this fish dish would be tough, but it was tender.
Burdock Tart
This dish was sweet and really delicious.
Acorn Noodles
This dish contained [truffle].
This dish was truly delicious.
Main dish
It was delicious.
It felt like eating Korean beef.
Sorbet
The small pieces of food placed on top of the sorbet burst in my mouth. It was fun.
Jeungpyeon
It was delicious.
Gamtae + Ice Cream
[Gamtae]'s scent was good
Yakgwa + herbal tea
I had a full course with wine pairings.
I especially remember this wine.
This wine tasted like [Sauternes].
Mosu Restaurant's overall atmosphere felt like a synergy between the outdoor garden and the food inside.
To add a bit of my own personal opinion, I believe the essence of a hanok is its connection to nature, and Mosu's food blended perfectly with the outdoor garden.
This restaurant is the best I've been to this year, and I was more satisfied than I could have imagined.
I'd love to visit this restaurant again.
