I baked the bread in a square pan and it was baked evenly.
I baked it at 230 degrees for 15 minutes in [convection mode], then covered it with [foil] and worked for 10 minutes. (Based on 300g of flour dough)
Third baked focaccia: I baked it in an [enamel bowl], and even though I thoroughly brushed the bread with [olive oil], it didn't come off the [bowl] very well.
Still, it was delicious.
