Anyone who's ever grilled pork belly at home knows that the cleanup is more of a challenge than the actual grilling itself.
So, I once made whole pork belly using an air fryer I received as a gift from Digital Plaza. They said it was good, so when I crave pork belly, I sometimes use the air fryer to grill it.
I slice the pork belly, marinate it with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary, and then preheat the air fryer to 160°C (350°F) and grill it for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, take it out, turn it over, and bake for another 20 minutes with the [garnish].
Serve with grilled leeks, onions, and whole garlic cloves.
Grilled leeks and onions are sweet and delicious.
