I'm going to give this bread to someone special to me on their birthday.

I baked [Genoise]

I mixed the egg whites and yolks together without separating them, whipped them into a foam, and then made the dough.

I used the recipe from [J'adore].

I used a mini oven, so the top of the bread got a little burnt.

But it was baked well, so it's okay.

I'm going to spread cream on the bread tomorrow.
