
I've never tried foreign garlic,
but compared to foreign garlic, Korean garlic has a milder aroma and astringency,
but it's said to be more moist and sweet.
I tried adding garlic flakes and garlic powder to address the shortcomings I've experienced while making [Aglio e Olio].











I only used three cloves of garlic, but the garlic flavor exploded.
Of course, it's a modified version of [Aglio e Olio],
but I think just adding garlic powder would be enough to maximize the garlic flavor.
I made a delicious [Aglio e Olio] by focusing only on the aroma and flavor of garlic without adding anything else.
