There are plenty of [karaage] restaurants in Japan, but few fried-chicken restaurants, and even those are much more expensive than in Korea.
So I made my own.
Ingredients: Chicken thighs marinated overnight in various spices + batter + and flour.

Cover the container containing the chicken with [plastic wrap] and shake well.

The chicken was fried perfectly.
In Japan, frying is common at home, so cooking oil is cheap.
(Canola oil costs about 2,500 won per liter.)
So, you can use cooking oil without worry.

Mix the [seasoning] into the chicken.

I am about 80% satisfied with the taste.
