I went to the supermarket and they had Mapo Tofu sauce.
There were three different flavors.
The Korean version is gochujang-flavored, the Sichuan version is mala-flavored, and the Hong Kong version is oyster sauce + chicken stock.
I like mala tang, so I bought it with Sichuan sauce.

I added mushrooms that were left over from a few days ago.
Prepare vegetables and tofu
I also prepared some pork belly.
The ingredients are ready.
Add oil to the frying pan.
Stir-fry the meat first
I added a little pepper and mirin
Add chopped green onions and mushrooms
When the meat is cooked, add the tofu.
Actually, this is my first time making mapo tofu at home.
Of course, I bought the sauce for the first time, so I was worried it wouldn't suit my taste, but it's delicious.
