My favorite dish is [Kkomangmuchim].

I wanted to make [Matcha Tiramisu] after watching [Calm Man YouTube].

There are no separate measurements, so I just followed along roughly.

Please beat the meringue. I used an electric whisk.

Super easy meringue is complete.

There's a step that's a bit omitted.

I added two egg yolks, sugar, and about 200 grams of mascarpone cheese.

I also added matcha powder

Dissolve the matcha in warm water again.

I soaked [Lady Fingers] in matcha and lined them up.

Taking pictures of the cooking process is the hardest for me.

They also sprinkled some matcha powder on it.

I also have Hershey's cocoa powder at home. I'll be making tiramisu again soon.
