Since many of you enjoyed the [Gamjatang] I made last time, I've made something else. (Thank you for your interest!)
This time, it's [Dolsotbibimbap].
Ingredients
You can add other vegetables if you have them, but I prepared them as shown above.
Stir-fried Gochujang: Based on 400g pork / Gochujang 6, Soy Sauce 4, Sugar 3, Corn Syrup 1, Plum Extract 1, Minced Garlic 2, Water 4
Slice the zucchini into half-moons, lightly salt it, and squeeze out the water.
Shred the carrots, lightly salt them, and squeeze out the water.
Onions to put in stir-fried gochujang
The ingredients are all prepared.
The mushrooms were torn by hand.
Lightly coat with oil and stir-fry.
Sauté the mushrooms with a little oil as well.
Shiitake mushrooms absorb oil, so add a little water and stir-fry them until moist.
Stir-fry the carrots as well.
Stir-fry the meat.
Add a little pepper.
Add mirin to remove the smell.
Drizzle with soy sauce for a slight smoky flavor
Add onions.
Add Yangnyeomjang.
Stir-fry until it reaches the desired consistency.
Add margarine for a nutty flavor, or add sesame oil if you don't like it.
Add the rice and mix it, then let it sit to form [Nurungji].
I had [Seaweed Flakes] so I put them on top and sprinkled [sesame] on top.
I placed the gochujang underneath when adding the eggs at the end.
I left out eggs from mine because I don't like them.
It definitely takes a bit more effort than just mixing it all together, but eating it this way is much tastier. I think the margarine is the kicker. The subtle aroma is really nice.
