I heard it's crab season these days .
I thought about buying some to eat, but since cleaning them seemed like a hassle,
I ordered soy sauce marinated crab instead.
[Doenjang Jjigae] is made by stir-frying [doenjang] and [ssamjang] in perilla oil.
A truly pure [Doenjang jjigae] with no meat or seafood added.

I added tofu and chives.

Open the lid and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
When it boils, close the lid and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Let it steam for 10 minutes to complete the [Sotbap].

Scoop out the rice and pour hot water over it to make sungnyung.

The tofu was also tasty because I bought it from a local tofu shop.
