I wanted to eat unlimited refills of pork cutlet at a cold noodle restaurant. 
 I went to the butcher and asked for this
 They gave me raw meat...
 I had no choice but to pick up the knife.
 Use a mallet to press the meat flat. 
 Coat in the following order: frying powder -> egg -> breadcrumbs
 Crispy
 I'll have to spread more breadcrumbs next time
 Satisfied for my first try
 I ate it dipped in tonkatsu sauce 
 I'll try to put some mustard on it
 I'll have to do some more research
