Netflix's new series [The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call] premieres on January 24th.

The Netflix series [The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call] depicts the exhilarating story of Baek Kang-hyuk (Ju Ji-hoon), a genius surgeon who has been on the battlefield, being assigned to resuscitate a poorly performing trauma team.

The 'violent angel' Baek Kang-hyeok, who will save the neglected and ineffective severe trauma team, and the relentless activities of the severe trauma team running to protect the patients' golden time are expected to provide thrilling pleasure with pleasant laughter.


[The Trauma Code: Heroes on call] is based on a popular webtoon of the same name that was greatly loved for its refreshing and unique plot development. Director Lee Do-yoon of the film 'Good Friend' and writer Choi Tae-kang of [Adamas] have joined forces to take responsibility for its completion.


Above all, [Ju Ji-hoon] as 'Baek Kang-hyeok' who does not yield to injustice, [Choo Young-Woo] as 'Yang Jae-won', an elite fellow summoned to the severe trauma team, Ha-young as 'Chun Jang-mi', a good-natured 5th-year senior nurse on the severe trauma team, Yoon Kyung-ho as 'Han Yu-rim', the head of the proctology department who shouts 'Down with Baek Kang-hyeok', and Jung Jae-kwang as 'Park Kyung-won', an anesthesiology and pain medicine resident with determination, the flawless character play of these trustworthy actors makes fans even more excited.


Among these, the teaser poster and teaser trailer released have raised expectations even higher. First, the smile of 'Baek Kang-hyuk' in the teaser poster is meaningful.


The confident expression on his face in the urgent operating room makes us look forward to the performance of Baek Kang-hyuk, the 'Hand of God'.


In particular, the sight of him standing in front of the operating table wearing a shirt shows his willingness to go through any trouble to save a patient, and the meaningful tattoo on his arm makes us even more curious about the path that the 'non-mainstream' Baek Kang-hyuk has walked.

Director Lee Do-yoon emphasized, “It is a prescription-like work that contains laughter, emotion, action, and comedy. It is a hero story, an action film, a human drama, and a comedy at the same time,” raising expectations.
