The thickness is a bit thin and there seems to be little cheese.
Many say it has the best overall flavor balance.

Meat Man also recommends “Rumalnati.”
The dough has a moisture content of 60%.
I also added milk and butter and kneaded it.
Bake in the oven at low temperature

I think it came out well.
The quantity is really large.
It's a bit thin compared to Chicago pizza, but
It's a whopping 12 inches in size.
For those with small portions, divide into 6 portions.
I feel full even if I eat just one piece..
It's the best Chicago pizza I've ever had.
