Let's make panna cotta

This recipe is for panna cotta.

2 sheets of gelatin (4g)

200ml milk

200ml whipped cream

50g sugar

1 vanilla bean

Proceed with these ingredients

Personally, I like the combination of Maeil milk and fresh cream, but Curly only has Seoul milk, so I proceed like this.

The taste varies depending on whether it is white sugar or unrefined sugar.

Put the ingredients in a pot and soak the gelatin in ice water.

Scrape out only the inside of the vanilla bean.

Add vanilla bean and heat to about 40-50 degrees, then squeeze out the soaked gelatin and add it. It'll probably all melt right away.

Then stir well

Strain it through a sieve and place it in a beaker or server. Afterwards, soak in ice water and cool well.

Just place it in a suitable container and you are done.

After going through this process, you will get 4 panna cotta bases that you buy at the cafe. It's about 120 grams each.

Place this in the refrigerator to harden well, then top with appropriate compote, syrup, or fruit.

I made strawberry compote while watching YouTube, but I didn't take any pictures, so I'm just uploading the recipe.

Strawberries 500, sugar 120, lemon juice 20, rum 1T

Boil these ingredients well and it's done.

If you prepare the French toast and panna cotta served during the day, the Orca set meal is complete.
