Detroit pizza last night
I made it for the first time.

I'm a Detroit pizza pan.

The dough is fluffy like bread.

I think I added less salt when kneading the dough.

(Monterey jack is relatively salty)
I think I need to add more salt when kneading the dough.
Toppings also need to be seasoned a bit more.
