Even though it was the first Thursday, quite a lot of people came.

The booth featured a lot of wine and a small amount of whiskey, but there was also a variety of beer, traditional liquor, sake, and snacks.

I didn't know much about wine, so I almost skipped it, and I simply wrote down what I remembered and took pictures of.

P-14 Danong Bio

Gamuchi NFS Bourbon Cat (Limited)

Bourbon flavor with added yeast flavor instead of malty flavor

It doesn't have much of an impact, but the taste is just okay.

Neunghwa NFS Bourbon Cat (Limited)

It is an apple distilled liquor with a subtle scent of apple and bourbon.

I was a little disappointed with the calvas I tasted at Bar Show, but this felt better than I expected.

O-21 Chusa (Yesan Apple Wine)

Chusa 40 French Oak

It's not as sweet as I thought, but it's not that bad.

Chucha 47 French Oak + Port

Moderately sweet, with a feel of reinforcement from Chusa 40 in front, so it was okay.

Chusa 50 Nanomacin Collaboration

It has a sweet scent, with a savory scent of wet wood. It didn't really feel like an off note and I liked it.

This also feels like it was strengthened in Chusa 47.

K-01 Taesan Liquor

Bright fruity scent, malty taste

After some time, I drank what was left in the glass and it smelled like nuts.

Disappointing taste considering the price

Ginjo flavor is added to sochu to give it a sake-like taste.

It's not in the picture, but if you look at the cocktail recipe in front, it seems like it's recommended to make it with chuhai.

A slight yeasty scent followed by a strong soybean paste scent was felt.

Kitasato Sweet Potato 25%

Similar to Ryo, it smells like raw sweet potatoes.

Personally, I didn't enjoy Ryeo that much, but it's not bad, perhaps because she drinks it refreshingly.

Even if I smell it, I can't really feel it.

Strange taste that seems bland yet seasoned

And it feels different from minty... refreshing?

The scent is mild citrus, but the taste becomes stronger citrus + the sweetness of honey.

Sweet scent: When I bought it before and ate it, the vanilla was very strong, but I didn't feel that way, perhaps because of the air ring.

Honey Shine 63%

Slightly gin-like scent, citrusy and slightly astringent. I can't quite taste the sweetness of honey.

The alcohol content has increased due to distillation, but it is disappointing that the character of the honey seems to have disappeared.

Old Monk Rum

The scent is sweet like diluted maple syrup.

The taste is a bit light, with a subtle caramel and vanilla scent remaining at the end.

Sweet and easy to drink.

Ramper Double (Bourbon + Sherry)

I think it smells like some kind of unique spice.

Rampur Asaba (Bourbon + Indian Cabernet Sauvignon Cask)

It's okay and it smells less than the previous double, but it's disappointing for the price.

Sweet scent, subtle watery scent, spicy scent

It smells nutty and slightly rubbery.

It is said that three types of cognac, sherry, and Isla cask were used.

This was really sweet and delicious, so I looked around a bit more and tried to buy it before the event ended, but it was sold out.

When I asked, it was brought for a demonstration at a liquor fair, so the quantity was small, so the store didn't sell it, and I couldn't buy it because they didn't have any more. I should have bought it right away.
