I had pork belly left over from making jjajangmyeon.
I'm going to make and eat red pepper paste stew with this.
First, I prepared it by trimming the onion, potato, zucchini, mushroom, Cheongyang pepper, green onion, and minced garlic.
Put sesame oil in an earthen pot and stir-fry red pepper paste.
Add pork and minced garlic and stir-fry.
Add a spoonful of red pepper powder here too.
After frying, add rice water and boil.
Season with soy sauce, oligosaccharide, and salt.
Add the prepared vegetables and mushrooms.
Continue boiling and add green onions and Cheongyang peppers.
Cover and simmer for a few more minutes.
Fry it well in a frying pan.
