A day when it is difficult to order delivery due to the weather
On days like that, if you go to a local side dish store, you can quietly buy a variety of things to eat.
Today, like a student living alone, I went to a local side dish store.
I bought kimchi pancakes, cheonggukjang, and vegetables.
Put Cheonggukjang in an earthen pot and boil until bubbling.
To make bibimbap, fry a fried egg.
After that, lightly fry the kimchi pancakes for 1 minute on each side.
Pancakes bought at a side dish store can be eaten warm and crispy if you fry them like this once in a while.
Defrost commercially available frozen braised ribs, add onions, gamcha shiitake mushrooms, and simmer.
Place soft rice in a bowl, top with a fried egg, and serve with vegetables purchased from a side dish store.
Add red pepper paste and sesame oil to complete bibimbap.
Serve with Cheonggukjang.
Now that I think about it, this is the same combination that Mr. Goro ate in Jeonju, The Lonely Gourmet.
Serve with braised ribs.
Bibimbap bibil is ready

Bibimbap tastes even more delicious after a long time.
I ate well today too!!
