Shrimp Bisque Cream Pasta

Hello, I have a day off today.
I made shrimp cream pasta today to use the chili pasta noodles I bought at the department store food hall last time.

For the noodles, I used the noodles in the photo above.
I bought noodles at Pangyo Hyundai Department Store, but they will be sold elsewhere as well.
It costs about 7,500 won and comes with noodles for 2-3 people.

The ingredients are simple
Raw shrimp is a must, and I happened to see black tiger shrimp, so I bought them.
Garlic, fresh cream, tomato sauce, olive oil, pepper

I boiled the noodles first.
You only need to boil these noodles for 5-6 minutes.

Add shrimp shell heads and garlic and cook in oil.

Boil the whipped cream over high heat.

When the whipped cream has boiled down to some extent, turn off the heat and add 3 spoons of tomato sauce.
This is the finished shrimp bisque rose sauce.

Add the garlic to the olive oil again, cook over high heat, add the noodles, add the shrimp, and add the sauce.

I tried making pasta after reading Edward Kwon's recipe.
If you get the chance, try making it too

That wine... I picked it up roughly at E-Mart, but it doesn't seem to be my taste.
It's a little sweet
