I went to a store called Jikhwa Artisan.
There was meat hanging out in the shop window and it didn't look bad.

The quality looks good so I’m looking forward to it
Dip thick pork neck meat in pork cutlet sauce and dip it in fried breadcrumbs.
I set it up and it felt like I was eating freshly fried pork cutlet and it was nice.
Pork with seaweed is surprisingly good too.
Additionally, one more pork belly
It ends with bibimbap with cutlassfish sauce.
A Saturday where I ate delicious food in an unexpected place.
