I made mapo tofu.

Pork liver (about 400g)
Ginger, garlic, green onion, 3 Vietnamese peppers
Tofu in one block
*Doubanjang or Lee Geum-gi Mapo sauce
Red pepper powder, oyster sauce, MSG, sugar
Starch water, sesame oil, pepper

Using red pepper paste and soybean paste instead of doubanjang is not Mapo tofu, it's just tofu and chili sauce stew

Prepare the ingredients
Cut the green onion and chop the green onion and garlic
Pulverize the meat or use minced pork
Cut the tofu into cubes
Dissolve about 1t of starch in water and prepare
