Lemon Madeleine

I changed the oven and baked it for the first time.

The baking color and surface are a bit disappointing!!

Maybe it's because the recipe uses more butter and lemon juice.

The texture is very soft and good

I added hazelnut butter and made the glaze thinner than the recipe, so I applied it thinly.

I want to make other flavors too.

The lemon flavor is so delicious

I was trying to make something else, but I was still grinding lemon zest.
