Last time I failed at making canelés, but today is different!
I tried one and it was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, so delicious!
I also baked biscotti
Whole wheat + Muscovado + Almond + Raisin + Oatmeal
Looks like a Yakwa
It's okay except for a few crumbled biscotti
It has a unique whole wheat's own taste
