Melt butter, melt marshmallows, add salt and vanilla extract and mix.
Add the fried rice, mix and let it harden.
Looks like rice krispie treats.
It stretches.
It goes well with marshmallows and is very tasty.
The only downward is that it is not crunchy and has a unique chewy texture.
