First of all, the finished version
I bought frozen Pane bread from Coupang. Since it was frozen bread, I first defrosted it in the microwave.
Boil the eggs in advance to make the eyes later.
Omanyte is happy to see his friend
Lightly fry the thawed bread in an air fryer to make the outside crusty.
Then, I cut the outside here and there with a knife and roughly carved it into something like an Omanyte shell.
Next, make a hole in the bread so that the pasta can fit inside.
The standard way to make Pane Pasta is to cut the top of the bread, but then the shape doesn't come out as desired, so I cut the side.
I think it would be better if the noodles were slightly thick rather than too thin, so I used linguine.
I wish I had noodles like tagliatelle or pappardelle, but I don't have any at home right now.
Since cream pasta is good with some mushrooms in it, I chopped up some shiitake mushrooms that were rolling around in the fridge.
Boil the noodles
Let's prepare various ingredients
Omanyte=Since it's seafood, we decided to make seafood pasta.
Boil the noodles, sprinkle with pepper and mix with oil.
Drizzle with olive oil and lightly fry the minced garlic, peperoncino, and capers.
Then add onions and stir-fry.
After a while, add the assorted seafood and shiitake mushrooms.
When it seems to be cooked enough, add heavy cream, milk, cheese, and chicken stock to make a sauce.
Add blue food coloring to make it similar to the color of Omanyte.
Add noodles and fry
Then fill the bread with noodles.
Then, place the pasta on the plate, and then top it with the filled pane bread.
Now all that's left is to make the eyes. Make the eyes by adding black olives to the eggs you boiled.
completion
It wasn't anything special, but it tasted like a decent seafood cream pasta.
