Dongpo pork and Tuna Tataki (August 8)
Dongpo pork was a little lacking in flavor...
This is my second attempt at Tadaki, and this time I succeeded.
I put the leftover Dongpo pork in the refrigerator....
I made dumplings with the leftover Dongpo pork. (August 10th)
Mandu
I made fried spring rolls with rice paper.
I think the spring rolls need to be fried more.
King Mandu. It took 9 hours just to make the dumplings that day, including kneading the dough...
I also added Mandu to my breakfast ramen.
Seasoned chicken and steamed chicken are made with chicken wings. (August 12)
I'm proud to say that I'm getting better at frying.

Yesterday's raw vegetable salad (August 13th)
I added radish to make broth.
The chicken, mix it with cucumber, radish, and onion, mix it with mustard sauce, and it's done.
It's 2am now and I've drained the oil from the soup twice.
Today (August 14th) Chogye Noodles to celebrate the end of summer
I put the dumplings in the air fryer.
Today, I made Chogye noodles for the first time and I am very satisfied because it is so delicious. Next time, I want to make the plating prettier by adding more gomyeong and using less broth.
I poured too much broth and threw it away.. Next time, I will store it separately and use it when boiling ramen or something.
