After eating and drinking too much the day before, I took a walk in the park in front of my house for exercise.
I was craving raw fish, but I held on and had the Chicken Jjijji Salad.
I also made and ate chicken dumplings.
The main breakfast the next day is an omelet with plenty of vegetables.

I was craving grilled bulgogi so much that I tried imitating it with a tool I didn’t have.

I drink alcohol every day and prepare diet meals.
I also ate burrata cheese with cola.
I have to eat the burrata cheese in the fridge the next day too.
I topped it with herb chicken breast & spinach pesto.
It was so delicious that I peeled it again.
I was craving soup while drinking, so I even made dumpling soup ㅠㅠ
With the intention of really going on a diet, I made a carrot wrap, made a chicken jjijji sandwich, and went to work.
After work, I was craving fish pancakes, so I went to buy fish fillets.
I bought some additional snacks and porridge again ㅠ
Then it rained again
I ordered underlock glass last week, but I haven't received it yet.
