After cutting it with scissors as a cold bibim with half the sauce
I added onion, paprika, green chili pepper, salt, and pepper and made scrambled eggs
I mixed half the sauce with ketchup and half with whole grain mustard and ate it.
To celebrate the release of the blue bibim noodles,
I boiled only the noodles and made shrimp rolls.
I cleaned the shrimp and seasoned them with salt and pepper in advance (buy cleaned shrimp. It's hard.)
I mixed the tempura flour and rice flour and water to make the batter
I thought of the sweet and sour pork sauce, so I boiled the remaining dried soup, vegetables, ketchup, sugar, and water in the bibim sauce and then added a little starch water to make it thick.
I fried it twice to make it crispier and then dipped it in the sauce to eat.
The noodles are plump and crispy.
All fried food is delicious.
