I made my own demi-glace sauce. I added Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and ketchup for extra flavor.
First, fry the onions, bell peppers, ham, corn, carrots, and potatoes.
I put rice in it and stir-fried it with ketchup and oyster sauce.
