Suddenly, I wanted to eat kalguksu, so I made something using all the ingredients from the freezer and refrigerator.
I started with flour dough.
1. Broth made with anchovies, kelp, and radish (the red one is made with peperoncino)
2. Pork gomtang broth made while making cold pork (previously made)
3. Soup from a Sundae soup restaurant (I only bought one)
I boiled the meat parts of Sundaeguk in three kinds of broth.
I topped it with cold pork, kelp, and radish.
After more than 3 hours, it was almost 2pm,
and I was able to have lunch.
It was a little lighter thanSundaeguk,
but it was a clear and refreshing soup.
I decided that I would never do this again after suffering.
