Ahead of the golden holiday, I plan to make spicy braised pork ribs today.
If you buy it from outside, it's small and doesn't have much meat, but it's expensive so it's a pity to eat it.
It's not that difficult once you prepare the ingredients, so I make it occasionally.
First, I bought about 1 kilo of fresh Korean pork ribs from a local butcher shop.
I gave him about 11,000 won.
Add beer, sugar, and peppercorns and boil them first.
Afterwards, wash the bone meal thoroughly under running water and place it in a pressure cooker.
Grind the radish, onion, and Cheongyang pepper in a blender.
Add seasonings such as red pepper powder, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, red pepper paste, Miwon dashi, pepper, etc. and leave to marinate for a while.
Close the lid of the pressure cooker and boil it at high pressure for about 20 minutes, and the meat will already become soft.
Prepare the supplementary ingredients while the meat is boiling.
Potatoes, green onions, and enoki mushrooms
I'm going to put cucumbers in cold noodles.
Add potatoes, green onions, and enoki mushrooms.
Boil over low heat until soft and simmer.
And finally, add the glass noodles and boil for another 10 minutes.
Spicy braised pork ribs are complete.
I also had gondre rice, which is great to eat with braised ribs.
I got this as a free gift when I bought beef online last time.
Boil the noodles, rinse with cold water, top with sliced cucumbers, eggs, and radish.
Add the cool, thin ice broth that was placed in the freezer 2 hours ago.
Bring the finished pork ribs to your seat.
Side dishes are also brought separately.
This is what I heated up in an air fryer as a service when I ordered delivery from a Japanese restaurant.
Kimchi and dried radish
cool cold noodles
I sprinkled some mustard on it, mixed it, and ate it.
Savory gondre rice
Seasoned with perilla oil, soup soy sauce, and hondashi.
I ate well today too!!
