Salmon soup I had in Helsinki and it was so delicious that I tried to recreate it at home.
Original version
Sage and other herbs seem to be added locally. The taste is almost the same, but 0.1% less.
The children ate well.
The recipe is simple: just boil the potato cream and add the salmon. It has a very complex flavor.
