I baked pizza for the first time in a month. This time it's Hawaiian Detroit Pizza.
As with all foods, 80% of the ingredients are prepared
I kneaded the dough with natural yeast,
and made the sauce by boiling tomato paste with spices.
The kielbasa sausage and pineapple that will be used as toppings
I pre-cooked them in a frying pan.
I bought a pizza stone and put it in the oven, and the internal temperature went up a little bit~
Bake at the highest temperature for 21 minutes
