I started baking focaccia this year.
I added classic toppings: cherry tomatoes and rosemary.
Focaccia topped with cherry tomatoes, rosemary and paprika
Topped with green and black olives.
Focaccia topped with sliced olives
Top it with mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce, it looks like Detroit pizza.
I put onions on it and it looks like a fugazeta
