I baked peanut butter strawberry jam muffins and pecan pie bars.

Pecan pie bar made by melting muscovado, honey and butter, boiling pecans and placing them on top of dough

Caramel flavor... delicious.

Muffins with strawberry jam and peanut butter and topped with peanut butter crumbles.

I made the strawberry jam yesterday because I had frozen strawberries.

This was also delicious without being too sweet.
