I happened to have shrimp dumplings in the fridge.
I was thinking about how to use the shrimp dumplings, and since I had some leftover LA galbi seasoning sauce, I made it with galbi-flavored @bibimmyeon
The seasoning sauce is: galbi seasoning that I aged by adding only minced garlic, green onion, and pepper.
I like garlic, so I put a lot of oil on it and fried it until golden brown to make garlic flakes. Then I grilled the shrimp in the remaining oil.
Then I added the galbi seasoning and grilled it.
Then I added some boiled noodles and noodle water, and stir-fried it with 2 spoons of galbi seasoning and bibim sauce.
