I still have some glass noodles left over from making dumplings.

I didn't want to make dumplings again, so I looked for recipes.

I decided to just make plain beef japchae and eat it.

But Japchae is a food that cannot be cooked ‘normally’...

While I was eating japchae, I also wanted to eat bibimbap.

I started by making raw radish vegetables to put in bibimbap.

Slice the radish, mix it with red pepper powder, add vinegar, fish sauce, sugar, plum syrup, salt, and minced garlic.

Make radish vegetables.

It's delicious if you make it half a day in advance.

Prepare japchae ingredients.

Preparing these ingredients is really hard...

Blanch the spinach in advance... There are a lot of things that need to be chopped...

As for beef, Korean beef sirloin slices were on sale online, so I just sliced them up and prepared them.

While I was making japchae, I also made cheonggukjang.

Boil sliced old paper in rice water, then add mushrooms and onions.

Simple home bibimbap...

Raw radish vegetables I made earlier, spinach I seasoned last week, and stir-fried anchovies and peppers left over from wrapping kimbap the day before yesterday.

Add a fried egg and red pepper paste and sesame oil to complete a decent bibimbap.

Bring Japchae.

This is one-third of it...

I think I'll eat it for two or three days.

I also brought cheonggukjang (cheonggukjang)

It tastes good when you mix it with bibimbap and cheonggukjang.

Maybe it’s because today’s cooking took a lot of work.

It was more delicious

I ate well today too.
