Bulgogi/Pepperoni → Bulpe
I named it "Bulpe Pizza"
Yesterday's Bulgogi, pepperoni with lots of beef is the main ingredient
I used a lot of mozzarella cheese in the cheese crust today as well.
I added fried garlic and chopped chives after baking.
I also sprinkled mozzarella on the toppings and dough.
I tried to make it feel like Papa John's.
The cheese crust bursts here and there, so
the visuals are a little rough, but please forgive me..
I put fried garlic on it and it didn't taste bad.
It's a sweet and salty combination because garlic is sweet.
The taste was better on the bulgogi side
The green onion sprinkled on after grilling had less of an effect on the taste or flavor than I thought. It was just for decoration.
