I had whole pork belly, so I cut it into bite-size pieces with whole garlic and onion and grilled it.
While I was boiling the bibim noodles,
I added a little kimchi soup sugar to the pan I grilled the meat in and stir-fried it. Then I added half of the sauce and stir-fried the noodles. I took them out and added 2 spoons of noodle water and stir-fried them quickly.
I made it like kimchi stir-fried noodles.
I made ssamjang by adding half a spoon of commercial ssamjang and sesame oil to the remaining sauce.
It's spicy and rich, so it's delicious even when wrapped in ssam.
