The first side dish is [miyeogjulgi bokkeum]
Please stir-fry the onion/garlic/green onion/carrot first.
Just add a little salt/pepper/sesame seeds/soy sauce and stir-fry, and you're done!
+Add sesame oil at the end!
The second side dish is [cheongpomug gim muchim]~~~
[cheongpomuk] Blanch in boiling water until transparent.
Wash briefly in cold water, drain completely, then mix with seasoned seaweed, sesame oil, seasoned salt, and sesame seeds.
The third side dish is [Shiitake mushrooms deulkkaebokkeum]~~~~~
Stir-fry garlic and green onions
Add [Shiitake mushrooms] and prepared vegetables and stir-fry~
The last side dish is [Kong-namul-muchim]
Just lightly blanch the bean sprouts and add red pepper powder/garlic/sesame salt/sesame oil.
