Pepperoni was fried in a frying pan, then the oil was drained. Onions were salted, drained, and fried in a pan.
Unlike Fugazzetta, it doesn't have "mozzarella cheese". The other ingredients are almost the same. The dough moisture content is higher.
It looks exactly like Fugazeta
