I went to the market and bought some dried [Kodari].
I lightly stir-fried this in perilla oil
After adding soda to the [siraegi], I boiled them on high heat for 30 minutes.
I chopped the green onions and added them to the seasoning sauce.
Two spoons of soy sauce
one spoon of red pepper powder
a spoonful of honey
one spoon of plum enzyme
I mixed the ingredients above.
I added water to the stir-fried [Kodari] and [siraegi].
Then I added gochujang and minced garlic.
I boiled it for 20 minutes on high heat, then closed the lid and simmered it for 5 minutes on low heat.
