I made ganache with couverture chocolate
I melted the couverture chocolate, spread it, and let it harden. I used that to prepare the tree bark.
I just used milk syrup for the syrup. It's a secret because I didn't have rum.
Decorate with cherry rosemary, pattern with a fork, and peel.

They are gifts for relatives..
Next Christmas, I won't be in Korea anymore. I'll have to add cherry jam and rum syrup then.
