After joining the company, I am studying hard and attending new employee training.
I also bought a [sous vide] machine
I also prepared dried fruit(soaked for a month) for making [stollen]
And I also baked a pound of [stollen].
[Jambon Beurre] was delicious.
I made more [Jambon Beurre] and froze it, and made more.
I marinated 4kg of meat.
And I made pulled pork with 2kg of meat using only salt and pepper.
It was delicious
